Curo partners with Bath Rugby Foundation to build skills for the future

Running one day a week for six weeks, the pilot programme kicks off on Wednesday 19 November at our flagship Mulberry Park development in Bath. Participants will gain practical insight into construction, working alongside our award winning  Site Teams and Head of Construction, with plans to expand the programme to other locations in the future.

The course is designed for young people aged 14-16 who have been referred by schools or local authorities, offering an inspiring introduction to a career in construction and the wider built environment. It’s supported by our Work Wise team, who help participants grow in confidence and develop employability skills along the way.

We have worked alongside Bath Rugby Foundation for a number of years and have always been impressed with the impact they have on young people’s lives and the support they’ve provided to our customers. We’re excited to partner with them on this pilot project, which we hope will develop into a longer term offer.”
