Our team of experts are always on hand to help you. When you move in, your Sales Adviser and Site Manager will guide you through the key features of your new home and the best way to maintain it.
After you’ve had the chance to settle into your new home, we’ll give you a call to make sure you’re completely happy with the property. We’re certain you’ll love your new home, but if there are any issues, you can rely on us to sort them. We have a dedicated customer helpline and you’ll also be supported by a Customer Care Manager who will make sure that any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.
After NHBC inspectors sign off your new home, we run our quality assurance checks to make sure everything is in tip-top condition. We resolve any issues we may find ahead of your moving day so you can start enjoying your new home straight away.
Help is on hand
We’ll check in with you once you had the chance to settle in. We know how important your home is and you can trust us to do the right thing - if anything needs our attention, we’ll sort it. We’ll arrange for our tradespeople to visit and remedy the issues and we’ll keep you informed at every stage.
Peace of mind
During the first two years you’ll benefit from our own Curo warranty, meaning we will put right any defect that’s caused by faulty workmanship. After this, your home is covered during years 3-10 by your NHBC warranty which will insure you against the cost of repairing damage caused by a structural defect to any parts of your home specified in the policy.
