Withies Green Show Home Launch Weekend
The wait is almost over! We are delighted to announce that the Withies Green Show Home Launch Weekend will take place on the 19th and 20th of September, giving prospective homeowners the opportunity to step inside our brand-new show homes and experience what life at this exciting new development could look like.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to explore two thoughtfully designed house types: the three-bedroom Norton, and four-bedroom Ashton. Created with everyday living in mind and built to last, these comfortable, highly efficient homes combine smart layouts with meticulous attention to detail. Featuring energy-efficient features including air source heat pumps and solar panels, they’re designed to support a more sustainable way of living, while providing a comfortable and considered space for modern life.
Withies Green has been thoughtfully designed around people and the planet, with green open spaces, community orchards, grow patches and a sports field creating opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, connect with neighbours and become part of a welcoming new community.
Local interior designers, ‘Design Seven’ have created the schemes for both The Norton and The Ashton show homes, as well as the marketing suite, bringing a distinctive sense of style and personality to Withies Green.
