A Makeover at Mulberry Park

In true new year-new me fashion, the communal areas of Kelston House at Mulberry Park have been given a makeover thanks to local artist, Helen Chester. Already a beautifully designed collection of high quality one and two bedroom homes, Kelston House is now home to a number of stunning artworks by Helen Chester which capture the famous street scenes in Bath. The artwork has been carefully curated around the communal areas in the apartment block, elevating these spaces to complete a tasteful and chic living experience ideal for young professionals. Some of our favourite scenes depicted in Chester’s art include the Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths; all the art of course captures the beauty of Bath’s notorious Georgian and Roman architecture.

The face behind the art is Helen Chester, a freelance artist based in Wiltshire. Helen has built a reputation for her dramatic paintings, often incorporating aspects of the ancient West Country landscape. Her striking portraits, especially those connected with the military, gained Lottery Funding and have been exhibited across the country in venues such as Aldershot Military Museum and The Royal Chelsea Hospital, London. More recently, Helen has been working closely with the cutting-edge interior design company, Blocc (the minds behind the Kelston House show apartment), where her bespoke artworks help to enhance their beautiful and vibrant contemporary designed spaces.
