Celebrating a Successful Show Home Launch at Withies Green

We are overjoyed to share that our Withies Green Show Home Launch Weekend was a resounding success! Over the weekend, we officially opened the doors to our new show homes in Keynsham, giving prospective buyers the chance to explore two modern, inviting properties: the three-bedroom Norton and four-bedroom Ashton.

After lots of hard work behind the scenes, it's a proud moment to reach this milestone and finally welcome visitors inside. Guests were able to see the homes for themselves, check out the features, and get a feel for life here.
There was a real buzz throughout the weekend, and our whole team is delighted with the response. In fact, it was our best turnout yet! Visitors were particularly interested in Withies Green's focus on community spaces, including green open areas, grow patches, and a dedicated sports field for all to enjoy.

One of our attendees shared their thoughts “I love the Ashton and its layout - it really ticks all my boxes. Both homes have been beautifully designed; they feel incredibly welcoming, warm and cosy. The location of the development is excellent too, with a bus stop right outside and you can walk to the local shops”.

Community sits at the heart of Withies Green. Perfectly placed in Keynsham, with easy access to the town centre, residents can enjoy all the South West has to offer, with great connections to Bristol and Bath.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us over the weekend and showed an interest in the development. If you are thinking about making your next move, we have a range of high-quality homes available. With thoughtfully designed rooms and everyday living in mind, excellent specifications, practical layouts and everything you need to create a space where you feel truly at home.
