Are you the proud owner of a new build Shared Ownership home? Our Customer Care team is on hand to support you once you’ve settled in.
You can be confident in the knowledge that every care has been taken to make sure your home is perfect for your big day. But if there are any issues, help is on hand.
To report a defect or an emergency issue for your new build home, call us on 01225 366000. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. If you need to contact us about an emergency outside of these hours, call us as usual to be put through to our out of hours service.
